Tonight I can sleep tight

Today I got my Croatian visa after I got my Turkish visa last Tuesday so now I am all set to go. The planning started in November when Julee and I agreed we would each pick one favorite country and combine it into our next adventure. We also opted not to go with a tour group so we planned everything ourselves. I have the entire itinerary on a piece of paper, front and back. There are still details unfilled such as the night buses from Goreme to Fethiye and Ephesus to Istanbul, whether we could book a paragliding trip in Oludeniz as we wished for or the hot air balloon tour over Goreme, and etc. But yes, we are good to go. I remembered how long and PAINFUL I waited for the Jordanian visa last winter and how unbelievable to receive it only three hours before departure. What a joy it was to see my passport with both visas inside today standing outside the Croatian embassy!
